Please revise the Phase line between Phases VIII and X to include the travelway that provides access to Phase IX as either part of Phase VIII or IX. The current phase lines allow for Phase IX to be constructed with no access. 2. The above change in Phase line will necessitate modifying the parking provided numbers (in the chart) to include the parking provided along that portion of travelway (8 spaces)in either Phase VIII or IX (whichever phase the travelway is in), and remove it from Phase X. 3. Please add a note stating that the developer will post a blanket bond for all landscaping included in the project. 4. Add this note regarding the required recreation amenities, as provided in your email, 'The bocce, putting green, and fountain will open with Phase 1. The clubhouse and pool area will open the end of August. The basketball court and walking trails will open in September.' If delays occur in completion of the recreation areas, it could delay issuance of Certificates of Occupancy. 5. Engineering comments are attached. You can address these comments by adding the following note, 'All water, sanitary sewer, storm water management, and fire hydrants necessary to support each Phase, as determined by the Agent and Code Enforcement Officer, will be completed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for that Phase.' This LOR was also forwarded to ACSA and Fire /Rescue, both agencies reviewed the plan and have no comment. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything additional.
