The second erosion and sediment control plan and stormwater management plan
(WPO201200038) submitted on and before 11 June 2012 have received Engineering Review and
do not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for approval. This review does
not include Engineering comments for minor amendment to site development plan submitted
separately as SDP2012- 00021. Those comments will be provided by the Review Coordinator.
Please adequately address the following comments for final approval:
Stormwater Management Plan
1) Please include "General construction notes for Stormwater Management plans" as shown in
County Design Standards Manual.
(Rev 1) Comment has been addressed.
2) Please provide a letter of intent or agreement for permission to modify the Stormwater
Management facility owned by North Pantops Townhouses LLC (parcel ID 078FO- 00- 00- 000AO).
Further review will be required once permission by adjacent property owner has been provided for
the proposed modifications to the off -site stormwater management facility.
(Rev 1) Permission to modify Stormwater Management facility owned by North Pantops
Townhouses LLC is not required. Runoff from Westminster Canterbury was treated by off -site
facility under Stormwater Management/BMP Facilities Maintenance Agreement dated 14 April
1999 and filed under DB 1814 Page 34.
This easement was vacated under approved site development plan SDP2006- 00128. Current
runoff from Westminster Canterbury is conveyed through a proposed junction box and
enclosed storm channel to same stormwater management facility (SWM). Adequate channel
conveyance to the SWMfor additional runoff due to improvements associated with this minor
amendment has been verified. Improvements to volume and treatment capacity to SWM are
approved and were completed by SWM owner representative in May 2012. Comment has been
addressed.

Erosion and Sediment Control Plan
1) Please update General Erosion and Sediment Control Notes on sheet 4 with "General construction
notes for Erosion and Sediment Control plans" as shown in County Design Standards Manual.
(Rev 1) Comment has been addressed.
2) (Rev]) Please revise ESC measures (silt fence) to remain within property lines or provide a
temporary construction easement.
3) (Rev]) Please re -title Sheets], 3, 4, and 5 to be "27 Additional Parking Spaces" and revise
sheets with layout corresponding to 27parking space layout submitted with sheet 2 on 11 June
2012. Please note Engineering will require 4 copies of the WPO plans for approval and
Planning will require 4 copies of the SDP for approval.

omitted modifications, terms or conditions within six (6) months after the owner is informed of the omitted information as
provided under paragraph (B).
