Stone Base: As discussed, you are going to email me a photo of the actual stone proposed for the sign base and include the product ID for that stone. Sign Size /Change: I received the sign drawing with the revised (100 inch) dimension. Text/Logo Dimensions /Text Color: Please provide the color and total length of the "St. David's Anglican " text and the total height of the Anglican shield. This information doesn't have to be on the drawing and can be in the body of your email. My approval letter will call out the sign specs and I need the information for that letter. Once I have received all of that requested above, I will be able to draft the Certificate of Appropriateness (Architectural Review Board, ARB) approval letter and email /mail it to you. Once that is done you will need to get the sign permit issued to you. To do that, contact our department at 296 -5832 and inquire as to the status of your sign permit (B2012009935). Right now, it looks like ARB approval is the only thing holding up issuing that permit. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or concerns. Brent Brent W.
