Trey,
I have reviewed your proposal and provide the following comments:
1) As previously discussed in order to include "optional detached garages" to lots 29 -34 you would need to apply for a variation.
Previous discussions indicated that you did not intend to seek this change at this time. Thus Sheet S3 needs to be revised to remove
the note for "optional detached garages ". Also please omit the optional garage note for all sheets provided in the plan which show
these garages.
2) Also on sheet S3, depictions for lots 9 -13 have been modified to depict garages attached to the structures. The approved application
plan depicts these garages as being basement garages (1St level garages). Is that the intent of the new notation/depictions for these lots?
Engineering reviewed the proposal and had no objections. Aside from the above mentioned minor comments which need to be
addressed I am still waiting for ACSA to provide me comments on the LOR. Until I receive their confirmation that everything is
shown as they require I cannot approve the plan. I have sent a reminder email asking for a status update from ACSA on their review. I
hope to hear from them soon.
Notably I will be out of the office from Wednesday July 18th — 19th, to return on Friday the 20th.
I hope this finds you well, I hope to have resolution to the above soon and we can move forward w/ this project.
