Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [Comment] Please provide a comprehensive list of all proposed site modifications on the Cover Sheet. 2. [32.5.6(a)] Revise the zoning note to state that this parcel is zoned R -15, not R -10 as indicated. 3. [32.5.6(a)] Provide a north point on Sheets E0.1 and E1. Provide the scale of Sheet E1. 4. [32.5.6(a)] Provide a datum reference for elevation. 5. [32.5.6(a)] Provide dimensions on all boundary lines shown on the plan. 6. [32.5.6(b)] List the number of existing and proposed parking spaces. 7. [32.5.6(b)] Provide the maximum height of all proposed structures. 8. [32.5.6(d)] Show areas of the site where existing slopes are twenty -five percent or greater. If the proposed changes impact any of these slopes, a critical slope waiver may be required. 9. [32.5.6(n)] Dimension all proposed improvements including new bleachers, asphalt areas, and stairs. 10. [32.6.6(h)] Please label the existing contour lines. 11. [Comment] Indicate the location and deed book /page reference, on the utility plan, of any existing utility easements on the property. 12. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4] The model /catalog numbers provided in the schedules on Sheets E0.0 and E1 do not match; please verify and provide the accurate model /catalog numbers for each proposed fixture. Additionally, provide cut sheets (on the plan) for each fixture proposed. 13. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4] If the bollard fixture is going to be used, provide the cut sheet and proposed location(s). Otherwise, remove reference to the bollard fixture from the plan set. 14. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4] Please list the lumens emitted by each fixture in the luminaire schedule. 15. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4] Please verify that no change is proposed to the existing field lighting. If any field fixtures are being taken down to complete pad asphalt improvements, the same fixture must be re- installed. 16. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4] Please show the proposed locations of all new fixtures on the layout and utility plan to verify that no site conflicts exist. 17. [32.6.60) & 4.17.4(b)(1)] Verify that the spillover along Melbourne Road does not exceed 0.5 foot candle by providing photometric data to the property line at the pedestrian entrance (near the parking lot entrance). 18. [Comment] This site plan amendment cannot be approved until ACSA and Fire /rescue complete their reviews and grant their approval. Inspections has reviewed the plan and provided comments. Engineering has reviewed the plan and has no objection. 19. [Comment] The stormwater maintenance agreement referred to in the WPO approval letter must be approved prior to final approval of this minor amendment.
