The County of Albemarle Division of Current Development will grant or recommend approval of
the Boundary Line Adjustment plat referenced above once the following comments have been
addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the
Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(A)(4)(5)] Remove Note "Easements and utilities other than those shown may exist."
Or revise the note so it does not conflict with County Code which requires all private and
public easements be shown.
2. [14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. On the plat provide the required Note for
buildable area and slopes so they comply with the ordinance. Provide the following note on
the plat if applicable: "Tax map Parcels 55E -1 -19 and 55E -1 -20 each contain a building site
that complies with section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
3. [14- 303(0)] Signature panels. On the plat provide a signature line for the "Agent for the
Board of Supervisors."
4. [Comment)] Remove the setback note: "Minimum side yard shall be reduced to not less
than ten (10) feet in accordance with section 4.11.3."
5. [Comment)] It appears there may be a typographical error in the owner's signature line,
with regard to Andrew and Michele's last name. On the plat assure the last names of the
owners are correct, specifically Hozwarth/ Holzwarth? Revise as appropriate.
6. [14- 302(B)(1)] General Information. When the plat is revised, please provide the date of the
last revision on the plat.
