The minor amendment submittal (SDP201200040) submitted Muly 2012 has received
Engineering Review and does not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for
approval. This review does not include a review of Erosion & Sediment Control or Stormwater
Management. That review is associated with WP0201200060. Please adequately address the
following comments for final approval:
Existing Conditions Information
1) Please field verify existing topography and note as much on the plans. Existing
topography must be field reviewed within one calendar year of each submittal.
2) Recommend shading all existing slopes greater than 25% [14- 302.A.12].
Proposed Plan View Information
1) Please delineate each part of the approved site plan (SDP2008- 00100) which is
proposed to change by identifying in title sheet and on plan sheet or including
supplemental sheets (see attached format example).
2) Minimum specifications for sidewalks in Albemarle County include 4" of stone
base below 4" of concrete with strength of 3000 psi at 28 days. Please update `typical
concrete walkway' detail on sheet C4 or by note include this specification on plan set.
3) Please include the latest version of Albemarle County General Construction
