The Albemarle County Planning Division will approve the boundary line adjustment plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. A sketch is included with
these comments to more clearly communicate the changes that need to be addressed.
Comment on Sheet 1:
1. [Comment] Please revise the statement above the title to read, "THE
PURPOSE OF THIS CORRECTED PLAT IS TO
ADJUST THE TAX PARCEL LINE ONLY. NO OTHER
CHANGES WERE MADE TO THIS PLAT."
Comments on Sheet 2:
2. [Comment] Please add "land hooks" to show the dashed line along the
southern boundary of Tax Map 56, Parcel 9 1 B is proposed
to be removed.
3. [14 -302] Tax map and parcel number. Please show tax map and
parcel numbers of each parcel, as shown on the included
sketch.
4. [14 -303] Acreage of lots. Please show the new acreage of each
parcel, as shown on the included sketch.
