The County of Albemarle Planning Division will recommend approval of the plan referenced above once the
following comments have been satisfactorily addressed (The following comments are those that have been
identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.):

otherwise specified.]
[Comment] Please provide a comprehensive list of all proposed site modifications on the Cover Sheet.
Revl : Comment addressed.
2. [32.5.6(a)] Revise the zoning note to state that this parcel is zoned R -15, not R -10 as indicated.
Revl : Comment addressed.
3. [32.5.6(a)] Provide a north point on Sheets E0.1 and E1. Provide the scale of Sheet E1.
Revl : Comment not fully addressed. Please provide a north point on the `Stadium Lighting
Photometric' sheet and both `Site lighting Photometric' sheets. Also, please number all sheets.
4. [32.5.6(a)J Hrovide a datum reterence for elevation.
Revl : Comment addressed.
5. [32.5.6(a)] Provide dimensions on all boundary lines shown on the plan.

6. [32.5.6(b)] List the number of existing and proposed parking spaces.
Revl : Comment addressed.
7. [32.5.6(b)] Provide the maximum height of all proposed structures.
Revl : Comment addressed.
8. [32.5.6(d)] Show areas of the site where existing slopes are twenty -five percent or greater. If the proposed
changes impact any of these slopes, a critical slope waiver may be required.
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. There are two light poles proposed to be installed on what are
shown on the plan as critical slopes. County GIS does not appear to show critical slopes in these
areas, please verify and either remove the critical slope shading or relocate the proposed light
poles.
9. [32.5.6(n)] Dimension all proposed improvements including new bleachers, asphalt areas, and stairs.

10. [32.6.6(h)] Please label the existing contour lines.
Revl : Comment addressed.
11. [Comment] Indicate the location and deed book /page reference, on the utility plan, of any existing utility
easements on the property.
Rev1: Comment not addressed. No easement references appear to be added to the utility plan as
noted in the comment response letter. Perhaps I'm overlooking the notation(s), but please verify if
any easements exist, and if so, note them on the plan.
12. [32.6.6(j) & 4.17.4] The model /catalog numbers provided in the schedules on Sheets E0.0 and E1 do not
match; please verify and provide the accurate model /catalog numbers for each proposed fixture.
Additionally, provide cut sheets (on the plan) for each fixture proposed.
Revi : Comment not addressed. The model /catalog numbers still do not match on the two luminaire
schedules, and no cut sheets were provided. Model /catalog numbers provided must be accurate
and must be consistent throughout the plan set. Cut sheets that reference the specific
model /catalog numbers listed in the schedule must be provided on the plan set for all proposed
fixtures.
13. [32.6.6(j) & Y.. .4] If the bollard fixture is goir y iu oe used, provide the uui eet and p, upuouu u�,ation(s).
Otherwise, remove reference to the bollard fixture from the plan set.

14. [32.6.6(j) & 4.17.4] Please list the lumens emitted by each fixture in the luminaire schedule.
Revi: Comment not fully addressed. If more than one luminaire schedule is provided, an accurate
lumen output must be provided on each schedule. One schedule currently lists lumen output as
'absolute', please revise.
15. [32.6.6(j) & 4.17.4] Please verify that no change is proposed to the existing field lighting. If any field
fixtures are being taken down to complete pad asphalt improvements, the same fixture must be re- installed.
Rev1: Comment addressed. A waiver request was submitted for new field lighting fixtures (pole to
remain the same), and subsequently withdrawn by the applicant. No change to field lighting is
proposed with this application, but will be submitted at a later date. For future reference, the waiver
request must specify for which standard under 4.17.4 the waiver is being sought, and must also
demonstrate which circumstance that can be considered for granting a waiver, as listed in 4.17.5 (a),
is applicable. The combined photometric data for both site lighting and field lighting will also be
required.
16. [32.6.6(j) & 4.17.4] Please show the propusea vocations of all new fixtures on the layout and utility pian to
verify that no site conflicts exist.

17. [32.6.6(j) & 4.17.4(b)(1)] Verify that the spillover along Melbourne Road does not exceed 0.5 foot candle by
providing photometric data to the property line at the pedestrian entrance (near the parking lot entrance).

18. [Comment] This site plan amendment cannot be approved until ACSA and Fire /rescue complete their
reviews and grant their approval. Inspections has reviewed the plan and provided comments. Engineering
has reviewed the plan and has no objection.

19. [Comment] The stormwater maintenance agreement referred to in the WPO approval letter must be
approved prior to final approval of this minor amendment.
Rev1: Comment not addressed.
