Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.): [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] [Comment] Please provide a comprehensive list of all proposed site modifications on the Cover Sheet. Rev1: Comment addressed. 2. [32.5.6(a)] Revise the zoning note to include that this parcel is in the Entrance Corridor Overlay District. Rev1: Comment addressed. 3. [32.5.6(a)] It appears that during the review of SDP200800100 waivers for detention, travelway width, and landscape plan requirements were granted; please add a note with this information. Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. I can find no documentation of a critical slope waiver being granted during the review of SDP200800100, only a note that no waiver was needed. If you have some documentation from the original Site Plan that I have overlooked, please let me know. Otherwise, remove the reference to a critical slope waiver being granted from the notes on sheet C1. 4. [32.5.6(a)] Add the date and description for any revision submittal(s). Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. The date of the initial submittal of this application (SDP201200040) and any subsequent revision submittals, including a description, is required on the plan. It looks like the initial submittal was dated 6/22/12 and the revision submittal is dated 8/16/12. The next submittal date (to address these and engineering comments) should also be added. 5. [32.5.6(a)] Please list the minimum setback and yard requirements, and verify compliance. Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. There is also a 10' off street parking and loading space `yard' requirement. Please include this requirement in sheet C1. 6. [32.5.6(a)] Clarify the location of the boundary lines near the improvements proposed on the northeastern portion of the site (waste gas burner /staging area); it is difficult to tell where exactly the lines are and the work areas appear to be close to the line. Rev1: Comment addressed. 7. [32.5.6(b)] Provide the maximum height of all proposed structures. Rev1: Comment addressed. 8. [32.5.6(d)] Show areas of the site where existing slopes are twenty -five percent or greater. Rev1: Comment addressed. However, it is difficult to determine if any critical slopes are being impacted since the slopes are only shaded on the `overall site plan' sheet and there are some small areas of critical slopes within the limits of disturbance. Please verify that no slopes are being impacted with the proposed improvements. Otherwise, a critical slope waiver request will be required. 9. [Comment] This site plan amendment cannot be approved until Engineering completes its review of both this and the WPO application and grants their approval (comments previously provided). Inspections and ARB have reviewed the proposal; each has no objection. Rev1: Engineering comments on the SDP revisions were sent on 8/30/12.
