Please adequately address the following comments for final approval: Existing Conditions Information 1) Please provide a location map for the location of the Vista Building within the Westminster Canterbury property. (Rev]) Comment has been addressed. Proposed Plan View Information 1) Due to > 10,000 sft of proposed land disturbance, this project appears to require an erosion & sediment control plan. (Rev]) Comment has been addressed. 2) Due to proposed additional impervious surface, this project appears to require a stormwater management plan. (Rev]) Comment has been addressed. 3) Please provide top of wall and bottom of wall elevations for all proposed retaining walls. (Rev]) Comment remains formal approval. 4) Please provide a detail for proposed railing and connection to proposed retaining walls. (Rev]) Wall detail provided; however connection to railing detail was not included. Comment remains formal approval. If so, please shade these areas and include a critical slopes waiver request. (Rev]) Critical slopes and proposed disturbances shown on sheet C2.0. Proposed disturbances County match approved plan with previously approved critical slopes waiver for Westminster Canterbury property on 8 October 2001. Comment has been addressed. Plan Detail Information 1) It appears that a proposed sanitary line extention will cross under a proposed wall at the southwest corner of the building. Please provide a detail for any pipes proposed to go through or under any proposed walls. (Rev]) Comment remains for final approval.
