The previous drawing indicated the use of LED. Required notes for LED are not included in this drawing. • Revise the sign drawing to show the total height of the "Exxon" text and the "7" in 7 Eleven. • Revise the sign drawing to include a list of the sign materials (e.g. acrylic, vinyl etc) Canopy Sign: • Canopy sign drawing does not indicate (label) the sign type. • If channel letter, revise the drawing to include a channel letter detail, showing its method of attachment (direct -mount vs raceway) and method of illumination (face -lit or halo -lit). If halo -lit, include note that face and return of channel letters shall be opaque. • Revise the drawing to include the bulb type. If LED, include required LED notes. • Canopy sign drawing does not include the PMS number for the proposed red color. • Canopy sign drawing does not label the fascia as white. Revise to include a note to that effect. • Canopy sign drawing does not include the previously requested note: "The canopy fascia shall be non- illuminated" • Revise the sign drawing to include a list of the sign materials (e.g. acrylic, vinyl etc) Please remember that all ARB required information has to be on each revision - versus spreading the information out over several submissions (drawings). Sign Color: The 7 Eleven sign panel is proposing the use of Bronze PMS 19 -1116. We do not have that color in our Pantone Guide. Please provide a color sample • For the 7 Eleven panel add the note: "Only the number 7 and the text ELEVEN shall illuminate. The white and green backgrounds shall be opaque" Canopy Sign Sign Type: ARB Sign Guidelines encourage the use of channel letters as they allow the structure to show through. This proposal is for a cabinet sign while the canopy face could accommodate channel letters. Revise the sign drawing to show the use of red channel letters. Sign Locations: The exact location of the canopy signs cannot be determined from the drawings provided. Revise the sign drawings to clearly indicate the location of each canopy sign. Canopy Face Color: The ARB previously approved drawings for the canopy indicate the face of the canopy is to be white only. Revise the sign drawings by removing the red stripe. Freestanding Sign Sign Color: • The 7 Eleven sign panel is proposing the use of Bronze PMS 19 -1116. We do not have that color in our Pantone Guide. Please provide a color sample. Internal Illumination /Opaque Background: The sign drawing states: "Sign faces will be opaque only letters and logos will be illuminated". Revise this note to state: "All sign panels shall have opaque backgrounds ". Revise the sign drawing to include the following notes: • For the Exxon panel add the note: "Only the text and blue line shall illuminate " • For the pricing panel add the note: "Only the text and pricing numbers shall illuminate" • For the All American Car Wash Panel add the note: "Only the text shall illuminate" • For the 7 Eleven panel add the note: "Only the number 7 and the text ELEVEN shall illuminate.
