The plan has been revised to indicate that fagade signs with sign panels are only allowed on single tenant, freestanding buildings A1, A5 and B1. The ARB's 8/6/2012 action on the Pier 1 sign proposal indicates that panels are not appropriate for building elevations that front on Entrance Corridors. The Comprehensive Sign Plan should be revised accordingly. 2. The plan has been revised to include a note indicating that sign size is subject to ARB review. The ARB's action also requires that "appropriate scale and proportion" be defined for each building. As we discussed, you are drafting language with supporting illustrations to meet this requirement. Please provide: 1. Two full sets of revised drawings addressing the comments listed above. Include an updated revision date on the drawing set. 2. A memo including detailed responses indicating how each condition has been satisfied. If changes other than those requested have been made, identify those changes in the memo also. 3. The attached "Revised Application Submittal" form. This form must be returned with your revisions to ensure proper tracking and distribution. When staffs review of this information indicates that all conditions of approval have been met, a Certificate of Appropriateness may be issued.
