The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. It appears that the scale is noted incorrectly on all sheets of the
submittal; please revise. Also, for future submittals, please provide the date of the last revision.
2. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Please include a reference to ZMA 2004 -00007 and its associated
proffers with the zoning note.
3. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Revise the note regarding the watershed to read, `Tax map 61 parcels
157 and 158 lie within the Upper Rivanna River watershed, and are not located within a water supply
protection area'.
4. [14 -312)] Location of existing buildings. Provide the location of all existing buildings within fifty (50) feet of
any proposed easement line.
