Ellie,
I guess the best course of action is to hold on review of the LOR submitted today in case we
need to bundle something else in with the current revision. Let's get a read from Lisa Greene
first and then I will report back. Enjoy your time off!

John,
I'm not sure I completely follow what you're asking, but if additional modifications are
going to be needed for the parking lot layout, they can be included in the LOR you just
submitted or on an additional application. Look at our site plan amendment policy document:
httD: / /www.albemarle.ore /unload /imaees /forms center /departments /Community Development /forms /a
pplications /SITE PLAN AMENDMENT POLICY.pdf
to see if the necessary adjustments fall into the category permitted with a LOR. If so, they
can be added to the current submittal. If they go above that threshold, you may need to
submit a minor amendment. Since I don't know much about the proposed changes, I'm not sure I
can advise which way to go. But, if they can be added to the LOR, I can just put the current
submitall on hold and wait for a new plan that shows all proposed changes. I am working from
home for another hour or two today, but then will be out until next wednesday.
Hope this helps!
Ellie

Max and Ellie,
I just dropped off the LOR, Storm water amendment and storm water maintenance agreement.
Please keep an eye out for these.
After dropping these documents off I received a phone call from Michael Cernik and he
apparently spoke with Lisa Greene who will be our zoning inspector. We plan on meeting with
Lisa next week to review the construction relative to the plan and show her some minor
adjustments to the parking lot layout that may be needed as a result of our contractor
painting the design on the existing pavement for review. These are very minor adjustments,
but we were left with the impression that Lisa will flag any deviation as a violation. We
would like to avoid this and have worked hard to bring the existing site plan into compliance
because, as you know, there were a number of site features on the 1993 site plan that were
never executed. These were of course added at planning's request during the minor site plan
amendment we completed last year. So I am not sure what this means for the submission made
this morning. Should we shelve the submission until next week in case Lisa requires updating
plan information?
