The 2"d submittal of the road plan set (SUB201200077) submitted 31 August 2012 has received
Engineering Review and does not appear to meet Albemarle County minimum checklist items for
approval. Please adequately address the following comments for final approval:
A. Road Plan Set (SUB201200077)
All topography should be at least visually field verified by the designer within the last
year. Please field verify topo and note as much on the plans.

2. This revision appears to modify the most recently approved minor amendment to Block 4
road plans (submitted with WP02010- 00041) for Claremont Lane. Please submit originally
approved sheets which are proposed to be modified.
(Rev]) Previous plan reference to WPO2010 -00041 was incorrect by county. However, the
profile for Claremont Lane proposed on sheet I of I (SUB2012- 00077) does not match
originally approved profile for WPO2008 -00106 as submitted sheet R -2:

4. Please provide a written description of each proposed change to the plan set on a modified
title sheet and all affected plan sheets. Descriptions should be numbered and should coincide with
the numbers pointing to the changes identified by bubble borders.
