I am currently awaiting comments from VDOT, ACSA, and Fire /rescue and will forward any I receive promptly. Engineering and inspections have no objection to the plat. Once I get comments from the other reviewers, I may put together an official 'conditional' approval letter (depending on the nature of their comments), but there are a few remaining planning concerns that can be handled on the Final Plat if their comments do not necessitate an additional preliminary submittal. They are as follows: 1. A supplemental declaration must be submitted an approved by the County Attorney's office for the maintenance of all privately owned improvements. 2. Utility easements must be labeled with reference to the specific utility (water, sewer, etc) not simply a generic 'utility'. 3. The ownership of the common area should be clarified; it is currently labeled 'Belvedere Station Land Trust', but it seems it should either be the Belvedere HOA, or Belvedere Town Center LLC if the HOA hasn't been established. I was wondering if you could provide a status to me of the review of our Preliminary Plat re- submission. We are hopeful that this submission will get approved timely so that we can move forward with the Final Plat submission.
