Dear Mr. Collins,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of
revision proposes the following changes:
1. Shift a portion of the eastern private r/w of Belvedere Place to the back of sidewalk, as shown on
attached exhibit.
2. Adjust build -to line. of lots 11 -19.
3. Revise open space area in southeast corner of site from 0.17 ac. to 0.15 ac.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the first (1 s') Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE. BELVEDERE TOWN CENTER (SDP- 2011 - 00051) — LETTER OF REVISION #1
Dear David:
Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the Belvedere Town Center Final Site Plan. This
letter of revision proposes the following:
1. Shift a portion of the eastern private r/w of Belvedere Place to the back of sidewalk, as shown,
on attached exhibit.
2. Adjust build -to line of lots 11 -19.
3. Revise open space area in southeast corner of site from 0.17 ac. to 0.15 ac.
There are no other changes to the approved plan proposed.
This is the 1St letter of revision proposed for this site plan. We acknowledge that a total of three (3)
letters of revision are permitted for an approved site plan.
