That said, the provided site /soil evaluations demonstrate that all four of the proposed lots (131, 132, B3 and 134) have an adequate area for the installation of an onsite septic system. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks, Travis T. Davis Environmental Health Spec. Did you also approve lots 61, 62 and 64? 1 think your initial email said you had already reviewed the original soils reports that were submitted for those lots, but I don't think I ever received the official approval. I still have the plats showing the drainfield areas for parcels 131, 132 and 134. If you will, send a copy of the updated plat for the residue parcel. Thanks. Travis T. I will send it with our normal transmittal (Attn Teresa Batten) tomorrow, unless I should address it some other way? Also, do you need a copy of the plat or do you still have the copy I sent previously? What I asked them to provide is the permit (if one exists) and show that the primary and reserve drainfield are still within the boundaries of the revised parcel ... or, if they can't provide this information, provide soils work for that lot. I have attached the comments I sent to them for your reference. If the soils consultant is planning to submit additional soils work, perhaps there isn't an existing permit or the permitted area is outside of the revised boundaries? But, yes, to clarify ... they either need to provide an existing permit for Lot B3 or they need to have soils works approved just like the other lots. Hope this helps .... let me know if you need anything additional. I spoke to the soil consultant about the property, he mentioned that additional soils work will be submitted for the residue lot (B3- 15.88 AC). Are you are requiring parcel B3 to be "perked" or this is something the soil consultant is putting together at the owners request? As is, the subdivision submittal looks fine on my end, I wanted to get your input before signing off on the paperwork. Thanks, Travis T. Davis Environmental Health Spec.
