This approval is viewed as your second Letter of Revision for the above - mentioned final site plan, entitled SDP2010 -029 Martha Jefferson Outpatient Care Center Final Site Plan. Please note that a total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes-to the site plan are required to be submitted in the form of a new site plan amendment. Klein Albemarle County code requires that 165 parking spaces are required. The previously Todd E. Rousenberger approved site plan showed that a total of 198 parking spaces were to be provided.
