RE: LOR #1 for SDP201100046, Tax Map /Parcel #04662 -01 -00 -00300
Dear Mr. Voight,
This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The letter of
revision proposes the following changes:
1. Substitute standard asphalt paving for all permeable pavers previously shown on the minor site
plan amendment.
2. Alterations to the existing stormwater detention facility, including minor grading and installation of
a check dam, to allow it to also provide stormwater treatment (WP0201200078 was also
submitted and approved to revise the Stormwater Management Plan).
3. Correct various dimensional discrepancies discovered during construction.
4. Split the southern parking end cap to match the northern parking end cap in order to maintain the
current drainage through the center of the parking.
This is the first (1St) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all
required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.
Sincerely,
La E. en',

Re: SDP 201100046 Peace Lutheran Church
Dear Ellie,
We are requesting a revision to site plan 201100046. We are requesting that standard asphalt
paving be substituted for all permeable pavers previously shown on the minor site plan revision.
Permeable pavers were imagined originally as a way to balance the new impervious areas of the site
without regard for the existing storm water detention facility. Since originally submitted we have
found through investigation with Gooch Engineering and some analysis by Water Street Studio that
the storm water detention facility may act as a storm water treatment facility with some minor
grading and installation of a check dam. We have met with Max Greene on several occasions to
study this possibility and they have been in agreement with our approach. We have also submitted
to them an amendment to the approved storm water plan as well as narrative, data and
computations in support of our request. Max Greene has recently informed us of approval of this
plan pending a revision to the storm water maintenance agreement. Alterations needed to the
storm water detention facility are clouded in red.
Michael Cernik, who is overseeing construction on behalf of the church recently met with Lisa
Greene who will be our zoning inspector. Michael pointed out some dimensional discrepancies in
the drawings and. Lisa advised that we revise the affected dimensions and include them as part of
this Letter of Revision. Altered dimensions are clouded in red.
The Southern parking end cap has been split to match the northern parking end cap in order to
maintain the current drainage through the center of the parking. This change is clouded in red.
Please let me know if there is any further information that you require. We look forward to your
approval of this request.
