Review comments for a re- submittal between October 16, 2012 and October 22, 2012 will be provided by November 5, 2012. 1. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning classification. The zoning classification of the property, including all applicable zoning overlay verlay districts, proffers, special use permits and variances. Reference and list out all proffers, special use permits, and variances to which the property is subject. [ZMA- 2002 -008] Include a copy of all attachments listed in the conditions above for reference, or manually list out all information contained within these attachments. [ZMA- 1998 - 020]/[14- 303(J)] Reference and include a copy of, or manually list out the restrictions imposed by the Zoning Administrator and Director of Planning in a letter dated January 19, 2001 regarding Landscape Plans for the entire Pantops PD -MC zoned by ZMA 98 -20. If necessary and if desired, make an appointment with Esther Grace, Records Manager, or a staff person at the Community Development front desk to obtain copies of the various restrictions to place on the plat. [SP- 2003 -046] TMP 78 -73A is subject to the conditions of SP- 2003 -046. Reference SP- 2003 -046. However, since the conditions are associated with the Suntrust at Pantops, conditions do not need to be listed out. 2. [14- 216(B)/14- 302(A)9] Building sites do not appear to be available /present on 1 out of the 3 lots proposed to be created. The lot containing the stormwater detention pond does not have a building site. Demonstrate that a building site is available on the "detention pond" lot. Provide the location, area, and dimensions of a building site. 3. [14- 216(B)/14- 302(A)(12)] Critical slopes are shown incorrectly. In light of our phone and e -mail conversations indicating that the lot with the stormwater detention pond is not intended to be a buildable lot, the reinstated submittal must designate this lot as a special lot and meet special lot requirements as noted below. 14 -208.3 A. General: Sections 14 -100 through 14 -108. B. Administration and procedure: Sections 14 -200 through 14 -204 and sections 14 -209, 14 -226, 14 -229 and 14 -236 C. Plat requirements and documents to be submitted: Sections 14 -300, 14 -301, 14- 302(A)(1), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), �, (COMMENT: building site requirement is not applicable to stormwater special lots) (10), (11), (14) and (15), 14- 302(B)(1), (2), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) and (10), 14- 303(A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (H), (I), (L), (0), (P), and (T),14 -304, 14- 305(B), 14 -310, 14 -312, 14 -314 and 14 -316 D.
