The letter of revision proposes the following changes: 1. Removal of (2) parking spaces from the back parking lot (near Building #4) to keep grading from encroaching into the preservation buffer. These two spaces are to be replaced by the addition of (4) parking spaces along Belvedere Circle as shown on the attached exhibit. 2. Installation of a segmented wall in front of Building #6 due to grading changes associated with the location of some of the HVAC units. The retaining wall now extends to the corner.of the building as shown in the attached exhibit. This is the first (1S) Letter of Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes must submitted in the form of a site plan amendment. LETTER OF REVISION - THE RESERVE AT BELVEDERE (SDP- 2009 -0097) Dear Ellie: Please consider this request for a letter of revision to the Reserve at Belvedere Site Development Plan. The attached exhibits highlight two proposed changes to The Reserve at Belvedere Final Site plan. The first change involves removing (2) parking spaces from the back parking lot and creating (4) parking spaces along Belvedere Circle. The back parking lot and the grading in this location was getting really close to the preservation buffer and there is also some trees that the adjacent owners would like to ensure remain. Therefore we are proposing to remove (2) spaces from the back and install (4) spaces along Belvedere Boulevard. These (4) new spaces also help out the project tremendously, providing parking that is closer to building #1 and #3. The second change involves installing a segmented wall in front of building #6. The location of some os the HVAC units has changed causing some changes to the grading in front of building #6. With this change, we need to extend the retaining wall for building #6 around to the corner of the building as shown. Please contact us if you have any questions or require any further information.
