Newberry - Planner Division: Planning Services Date: October 24, 2012 Subject: SUB201200109 Old Trail - Block 11- Boundary Line Adjustment The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will recommend approval of the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) Albemarle County Planning The Private Street Maintenance Agreement has been approved by the County Attorney's office. Please revise the date of the plat on the first page of the Agreement and submit a signed copy for our files with your resubmittal. 2. The Easement Deed has been approved by the County Attorney's office. Please revise the date of the plat on the first page of the Deed, obtain notarized signatures and then return to me for the County Executive's signature. 3. There is one comment from VDOT for the associated minor amendment (SDP201200055) that is also relevant to this application: Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) 1. There should be a minimum of 3 feet of right of way behind the back of the curb at the intersection of Glen Valley Dr and Old Trail Dr. [Planning Comment] Please show the edge of right -of -way between Block 11 and Old Trail Drive to address this comment and reflect this change on both the plat (SUB201200109) and on the minor amendment (SDP201200055).
