I have no objections to the attached plat and deeds and they do meet the VDOT criteria for sight distance for a
commercial entrance.

1) Sight easement will be dedicated to public use.
2) Two separate deeds(VA Law foundation and L &M Commonwealth Properties);

Subject: Whitewood Road Sight Distance and Temporary Grading Easements
Jennifer and Nat,
Here are revised drafts of the sight distance and temporary grading easements for Whitewood Road.
At VDOT's request, the revised easements provide for the dedication of the sight easement to public use. The temporary
grading easement to establish the sight easement is granted to UVA Physicians Group since it will be performing this
work. The deeds have been revised consistent with the revised plat.
The revised plat would be attached to the Virginia Law Foundation deed of easement. The L &M deed of easement would
then be recorded immediately after the Virginia Law Foundation deed and the plat. To maintain continuity of real estate
title records, the certificate of fact reciting L &M's conversion would also be recorded, with L &M's permission, prior to the
L &M deed of easement.
Greg Kamptner confirmed that the instruments should be acceptable to the County if they satisfy VDOT's requirements.
