The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision
plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. The following
comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or
eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to
the Subdivision Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.]
1. [Sheet 11 Development Standards for the Glenmore PRD. Please add
the following note from the rezoning plan dated May 10,
2007: "Equestrian/Walking trails shall be constructed to the
"primitive trail" standard as shown in the D.S.M."
2. [Sheet 1, Notes Section] Note 13. Please revise this note to read "Each lot shown
hereon contains a building site which meets the
requirements of 4.2.2 of the Albemarle County Zoning
Ordinance."
3. [Sheet 1, Notes Section] Note 19. Please revise this note to read "ZMA -06 -15
authorizes up to 43 single family dwelling units to be
placed on this property. These 43 single family units are in
addition to, and not counted as part of, the 813 units
authorized in Glenmore RPD by ZMA- 99 -16."
4. [Sheets 2 -5A] Equestrian /Walking trails. Please show the trail where
necessary as shown in the rezoning plan dated May 10,
2007.
