Cc: Larry J. mcElwain; scott @collins - engineering.com; David Benish; Mark Graham Subject: RE: REVISED SIDEWALK AND STORM EASEMENT PLAT THE RESERVE @ BELVEDERE Jeff, I took a quick look at the plat you're going to submit (or may have already, sorry!) and I noticed something that should change. On your as -built exhibit it shows the various encroachments along the front of the Reserve, ranging from none to something like 0.68', but the easement plat shows a consistent 1' easement. The easement needs to cover the encroachment plus 1'. For example, no easement is needed where the trail is at least 1' inside the right of way (one area is marked 1.33' clear) and a 1.68' easement is required where the encroachment is 0.68'. 1 hope this makes sense, let me know if you have any questions.
