This is to meet DEQ's SCAT (sewage collection and treatment) regulations, which states that we cannot accept sewage into our system if we do not have the capacity to convey and treat it. I'm currently looking at projected wastewater flow numbers to verify that our system can handle the addition of these new homes and then I'll send an approval letter to ACSA. I'll copy you when I send the letter out so you can have it for your file. I hope that answers your question, let me know if you need any more information. As I want to assure I understand what their request means? What does their request entail? Does this mean you are awaiting comments from ACSA to assure the flow is appropriate? Thanks Christopher P. I have received a flow capacity request from the ACSA and expect to send a response this week. Let me know if you have any questions. RWSA does not take any objection to the subdivision; however, due to limited sewer capacity in the Crozet area, RWSA should review and approve anticipated sewer flows for all developments in this area prior to site plan approval. A note in the file will suffice at this stage of review, and I'll keep an eye out for the site plans in the future. Please let me know if you have any questions.
