These findings are based on soil studies either made by me or made by a soil consultant, under my supervision. The lot sizes are such that there appears to be enough area to install the required amount of drain field for an average size building, plus an alternate drain field within the building site. If this property is in the "Run-Off Control Area", then it will comply to all standards of the Run-Off Control Ordinance. However, each lot will be evaluated on its own merit and further tests may be required at the time the septic permit is applied for.
