[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [ 14 -302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Provide the right of way width for Earlysville Road. 2. [14 -302 (B)(5)] Zoning classification. The zoning is incorrect on the plat. This property is zoning PRD- Planned Residential Development, not R1. Revise to state the correct zoning. 3. [14 -302 (B)(7)] Reservoir watershed. State which reservoir watershed this property is located in (South Fork Rivanna). 4. [14 -302 (B)(G)] Ownership of common areas.
