Subject: SUB201200134 Windsor Estates- Boundary Line Adjustment
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community
Development will recommend approval of the plan referred to above when the following items have been
satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional
comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by
the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [ 14 -302 (A)(3)] Existing or platted streets. Provide the right of way width for Earlysville Road.
2. [14 -302 (B)(5)] Zoning classification. The zoning is incorrect on the plat. This property is
zoning PRD- Planned Residential Development, not R1. Revise to state the correct zoning.
3. [14 -302 (B)(7)] Reservoir watershed. State which reservoir watershed this property is located
in (South Fork Rivanna).
4. [14 -302 (B)(G)] Ownership of common areas. State the ownership of the common area /open
space on the plat.
