Subject: SUB201200137 — Susanne G. Palmer — Rural Division
The Planner will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been fully addressed. (Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated
based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the
Albemarle County Code.]
1. [General Note] On Sheet 1, please add the name of the owner to the
signature block. Our records indicate the current owner as
"Susan G. Palmer, Trustee of the Susan G. Palmer
Revocable Trust."
2. [General Note] On Sheet 1 in Detail A, the propane tank, generator and
pool pump are not subject to setbacks under the Zoning
Ordinance. However, they cannot be located on a property
line. These elements are not required to be shown on the
plat for approval. Please either remove the pool pump or
show that it is no longer located on a property line.
3. [14- 302(B)5] Zoning Classification. Please edit note "A" to read that
Parcel A is zoned Rural Areas (RA) district and Parcel B is
zoned Rural Areas (RA) district, Flood Hazard (FH)
Overlay and Scenic Stream (SS) Overlay districts.
4. [14- 302(A)10] Right offurther division ofproposed lots. Please edit the
first sentence in note "C" to read "Parcel B is assigned five
development rights and may be further divided and when
further divided these rights shall not comprise more than 31
acres."
5. [General Note] On Sheet 2, please remove the note in the upper left corner
that reads "Health Department Copy, Not for Recordation."
