(djensen @wwassociates.net) From: Ellie Ray, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: December 10, 2012 Subject: SUB 2012 -00140 SOCA Fieldhouse - Final Fax 434 - 972 -4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. Since this is an entirely new application, please remove the 3/23/11 date and use the 11/26/12 date as the original date of this submittal. Please also add a revision date whenever revisions are submitted. 2. [14- 302(8)(8)] Yards. Commercial and civic buildings in Belvedere Block 4 have a 5' front "build -to" line, a 5' side setback and 10' rear setback. Please either show these lines graphically on the plat or list the information on the cover sheet. 3. [14- 303(S)]. Control points. Provide at least four (4) control points, evenly distributed across the property and located at survey property corners, and shown on each sheet depicting the property. At the option of the subdivider, the control points may be shown on a copy of the final plat, rather than on the original final plat.
