Newberry Division: Planning Date: January 8, 2012 Subject: SUB201200141 — Keswick Estates BLA The Albemarle County Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the subdivision plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed. The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments may be added or eliminated based on further review. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Subdivision Ordinance, unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14- 302(B)2] Name of plat preparer. Please add the name of the person that prepared this plat. 2. [14- 302(A)9] Building sites on proposed lots. Please add a note that reads "Tax Map 80, Parcel 6 1 A and Tax Map 80, Parcel 61A3 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.2(b)(1) of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." 3. [14- 302(A)10] Right offurther division ofproposed lots. Please revise the note on development rights to read "Development rights are not affected by this boundary line adjustment plat. Tax Map 80, Parcel 6 1 A has one theoretical development right and Tax Map 80, Parcel 61A3 has one theoretical development right." 4. [General Comment] On Sheet 2, please revise the label on the well to clarify that it is an "abandoned well" as shown on the plat prepared by Roudabush and dated July 10, 2007. Please contact J.T.
