Please delineate each part of the site plan which are proposed to change by identifying each item individually on affected plan sheet (see attached format example). 2. Please include sight distance lines at the following intersections: Penny Well Lane and Penshaw Court (southwest intersection) Penny Well Lane and Penshaw Court (northeast intersection) Penny Well Lane and Penshaw Court (southeast intersection) 3. As currently approved, DI -7s are proposed to drain Penshaw Court and Pennywell Lane. Recommend a customized drain to conform to the typical section of these roads (inverted crown sections as shown on sheet 3 and on sheet S -5 of originally approved plans). 4. Please indicate VDOT entrance type for intersection of Penny Well Lane and Claremont Lane. Per originally approved plans, it appears to be a CG -11. 5. Please widen sidewalks to 6' or include bumper blocks in design for direct parking space to sidewalk interfaces immediately north and south of proposed central open space. 6. Please confirm originally approved drainage structure numbers apply to amendment by including the structure numbers on the plans for contractor reference. 7. Recommend including street name signs on plans for 5 proposed intersections — this appears to have been overlooked with originally approved plans. Require at minimum a street name sign at intersection of Penny Well Lane and Claremont Lane. 8. Please confirm by comment response that the originally approved typical section for Penny Well Lane still applies (or propose alternate).
