(VDOT) Subject: RE: SUB 2012 -00125 Haden Place Final Plat Joel and Megan, For SUB2012 -00125 Haden Place Final Subdivision Plat I have a question for you both about the required sight distance for Haden Way exiting onto Haden Lane. Joel's initial review of the plat on 11 -9 -12 yielded the following comment: " 1. Plat should show sight distance easement on Haden Lane. " I have reviewed this Final Subdivision Plat with regard to the approved Final Site Plan and this is where I draw my main concerns from: It appears that Haden Way exiting onto Haden Lane has a required offsight sight distance easement issue (on TMP 56 -8A) which does not appear to have been recorded or required prior to final site plan approval? The final subdivision plat which we're reviewing does not accurately depict the site distance which was shown on the approved final site plan/rd plans? If you look at the approved final site plan on sheet S2 and R2 it is very clear there is a required offsight sight distance easement which does not appear to have been recorded, nor is depicted on this plat. Any ideas on this? Please clarify, as I believe this may be a substantial issue and should be remedied before we approve this subdivision plat. Christopher P. Subject: SUB 2012 -00125 Haden Place Final Plat Chris, I have reviewed the subject plat and it appears that the proposed right of way, drainage easements and sight distance easements are in accordance with the approved road plan and I have no additional comments.
