This letter approves your submitted Letter of Revision for the above referenced site plan. The
letter of revision proposes the following changes:
1. Widen Lot 148 by four (4) feet.
2. Widen Lot 140 by three (3) feet.
3. Widen Lot 123 by three (3) feet.
4. Remove garages and driveways from Lots 113 -116.
5. Add seven (7) parking spaces to the parking lot in front of Lots 113 -116 to offset loss of
garage and driveway parking spaces for Lots 113 -116. Open space and parking spaces
provided still meet Code.
6. Revise open space calculation and parking calculation on Sheet 2.
7. Added location of two (2) mail kiosks for the community.
8. Added future mail truck parking space on Shannon Glen Court.
9. Photometric /Lighting Plan and Details showing seven (7) new light fixtures.
As shown on the plan and letter dated November 13th, 2012. This is the second (2" d) Letter of
Revision for this site. Three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed, after which all required changes
must be submitted as a site plan amendment.

Willow Glen, Phase 1 Minor Site Plan Amendment. Revisions consist of:
• Widen Lot 148 by four (4) feet.
• Widen Lot 140 by three (3) feet.
• Widen Lot 123 by three (3) feet.
• Remove garages and driveways from Lots 113-116.
• Add seven (7) parking spaces to the parking lot in front of Lots 113-116 to

ORGANIZED AND SAFE SITE, AND IS THE FINAL AUTHORITY AS TO THE LOCATION, PLACEMENT OR STORAGE OF ANY
SHOWN WHEN, IN THE OPINION OF THE COUNTY ENGINEER, OR DESIGNEE, IT IS DEEMED NECESSARY. WHEN
AND ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, VEHICLES AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURES USED DURING CONSTRUCTION. NEITHER

2. CASH PROFFER.
A. THE OWNER SHALL CONTRIBUTE CASH TO THE COUNTY IN THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS FOR EACH DWELLING UNIT
CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE PROPERTY THAT IS NOT AN AFFORDABLE DWELLING UNIT. THE CASH CONTRIBUTIONS SHALL

BUILDING PERMIT FOR EACH UNIT, AS APPLICABLE.
B. ANNUAL ADJU
STMENT OF CASH PROFFERS. BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2008, THE AMOUNT OF EACH CASH
CONTRIBUTION REQUIRED HEREIN SHALL BE ADJUSTED ANNUALLY UNTIL PAID, TO REFLECT ANY INCREASE OR DECREASE
FOR THE PRECEDING CALENDAR YEAR IN THE COMPARATIVE COST MULTIPLIER, REGIONAL CITY AVERAGE, SOUTHEAST
AVERAGE, CATEGORY C: MASONRY BEARING WALLS ISSUED BY MARSHALL VALUATION SERVICE (A/K/A MARSHALL &
SWIFT) (THE "INDEX") OR THE MOST APPLICABLE MARSHALL & SWIFT INDEX DETERMINED BY THE COUNTY IF PUBLICATION
OF THE SPECIFIC INDEX REFERENCED HEREIN IN DISCONTINUED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY CASH CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT
BE ADJUSTED TO A SUM LESS THAN THE AMOUNT INITIALLY ESTABLISHED BY THESE PROFFERS. THE ANNUAL
