Thank you for addressing comments in the first revision. En in�g: Biofilter 3 appears on approved and SWM plans WPO2011 -00024 (see sheet 22). However, as shown, this SWM facilities appear to be in Open Space for Phase 3. Recommend either a dedicated stormwater management access easement for this facility and associated access roads or an applicant demonstrated perpetual covenant specific to Glenmore be included to ensure access for county and Glenmore Community Association inspection and maintenance. (Rev]) Please include an easement which connects Biofilter 3 with a public road for maintenance and inspection access. Path needs to be a minimum of 10' wide. Could combine either 24' Drainage Easement between Lots 6 & 7 or ACSA sewer easement between Lots 5 & 6 with SWM Maintenance Access easement to get to the open space or provide a separate dedicated easement area.
