Pantops Drive Charlottesville VA, 22911 RE: SDP -2013 -0001 Minor Amendment to SDP2008 -00125 Pavilions at Pantops, Phase 3 Dear Sir: Your minor amendment referenced above has been reviewed. In order for the plan to be approved the following revisions are required: It appears that the proposed changes affect more than one sheet of the final site plan. Per my review it appears changes should also be shown on sheets 5 of 27, 8 of 27, 14 of 27, and 20 of 27. Revise to assure all applicable sheets which are being modified are provided. 2. Also, provide a revised coversheet for the amendment plan which clouds all the applicable sheets which are being modified from the final site plan. Also provide a description of the changes described in the letter on the cover sheet. It is suggested that the revision provide numbering to reference each change. 3. The final site plan number which this minor amendment is tied to needs to be referenced on the cover sheet. Revise to provide the following: SDP - 2013 -0001 Minor Amendment to SDP2008 -00125 Pavilions at Pantops, Phase III. 4. It appears that the EX. 42 " RCP serving the Existing Forebay WSE= 490.60 originally was shown on the final site plan as an EX. 36" RCP. If this size modification is also an item which is being proposed it should also be clouded to signify its change. Revise. Also, after discussions with Engineering, they may have something additional to add with regard to the above. Engineering Comments — Glenn Brooks 1. This was discussed with the applicant, Mike Myers, on Monday, 14 January 2013. The point of this application is to provide adequate access to the forebay and sides of the pond. The approved plan had vehicle access over a pipe. This is not available in the as -built condition with a rip -rap channel replacing the pipe. Engineering has asked for a redesign to provide vehicle access if the rip -rap channel is to remain, or to build per the currently approved plan.
