Please adequately address the following comments for final approval: A) Road and drainage plans (SUB201200112) VDOT approval is required. VDOT comment: 1. A sight distance easement is needed at the intersection of Kendall Court and Lanetown Way, looking right from Kendall Court. [DM905] Please contact VDOT B) Stormwater Management and Mitigation Plan (WP0201200081) 1) Please show the planting plan for the SWM -1 structure. C) Erosion Control Plan (WP0201200081) 1) The E &SC plan sheet will be updated to match the rest of the plan/plat submittal. Please be sure all revision dates are correct on all plan sheets. Once these comments have been addressed, please submit 3 copies of the revised plans, calculations, and narratives to Current Development Engineering along with the required review fee and transmittal form. Current Development Engineering is available from 2:30 -4 PM on Thursdays to discuss these review comments.
