You indicated that you planned to submit a Comprehensive Sign Criteria proposal for Buildings A & B at Rivanna Plaza. In order to process that proposal, I will need today a request from you for an indefinite deferral of ARB 2013 -14, Dunkin Donuts signs and ARB 2013 -11, Lee's Nails signs. You are welcome to reply to this email with that request. Once the comprehensive sign criteria have been approved, you will need to submit revised drawings for Dunkin Donuts and Lee's Nails meeting those criteria.
