[14- 302(A)(4)] Private Easements. It appears that this boundary line adjustment removes access for TMP 32 -8 to the existing private right -of -way (Crickenberger Lane). It also appears that the driveway for TMP 32- 8 crosses Parcel W. A private easement should be extended across Parcel `A' to provide access to Parcel 8 unless some other easement exists that isn't shown on the plat. 2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or number] is assigned [number] development rights and may /may not be further divided. The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights ". This boundary line adjustment is a bit of an odd situation with the Airport parcel being Zoned RA, so for this submittal you can modify the standard note to say something like, `No development rights are transferred with this boundary line adjustment; TMP 32 -8 retains X development rights and may /may not be further divided'. 3. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Please add the most recent deed reference for the Airport property, DB 3640 PG 191. 4. [14- 302(8)(2)] Name of the plat preparer. Please add the name and seal of the plat preparer.
