Newberry - Planner Date: March 1, 2013 Subject: SUB201300009 The Miller School — Drainage and Sight Distance Easements The Albemarle County Current Development Division will grant or recommend approval of the easement plat referenced above when the following comments have been addressed. [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference in the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances, unless otherwise specified.] Planning Division 1. [14- 302(A)(4) or (5)] Private or Public Easements. Please label these easements as "private" or as "dedicated to public use" where necessary. If "public," then a Deed of Easement will need to be approved for each easement by the County Attorney's office. 2. [14- 303(0)] Signature Panels. Virginia State Code specifies the individuals authorized to sign land use applications on behalf of entities, such as The Miller School. The County Attorney's office accepted the signature of Douglas E. Canton on a recent application as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Miller School. Please revise the signature panel to show his name or provide documentation from him to authorize another individual to sign on behalf of the Miller School. Engineering Division No objection. Virginia Department of Transportation VDOT) No comments have been received at this time. They will be forwarded upon receipt. Please contact J.T.
