It appears that the plat is ready for approval. Please have all appropriate parties sign /notarize the plat. Also, Janet I reviewed your most recent revisions to the deed work to correct the dates of the plats, these documents appear to be ready for signatures. Please have all appropriate parties sign /notarize the final deed work for the property. Once all the above documents have been signed and notarized please provide them all to the office of Community Development. The agent will briefly review them and then sign the final plats. Once approved you will need to record all the documents in the Clerks' office. Thanks Christopher P. It appears ACSA has provided an additional comment which needs to be addressed. Otherwise Engineering has no further objections. Please work directly with ACSA to remedy their request provided below in email and highlighted (as well as provided in the attached official comment letter). Once you receive their approval, please forward that to me, and we can move forward. The only other items pending on this project are the draft open space agreement, this info was previously provided to the applicant, and is awaiting their resubmittal for county attorney review. I would like all manholes shown. Thanks for catching that. I have attached a GIS map showing the location of manholes which can be forwarded to the applicant. Chris Perez and I were on a field check earlier this month and noted a sanitary manhole which wasn't included on the final plat. After looking at the plat this morning, it appears there could be another manhole where the easement bends near the bottom of proposed lots C3 & C2. Could you advise if all ACSA facilities (including the missing manhole in C6) should be shown for this plat?
