[14- 302(A)(4 &5)] Private & Public Easements. Provide the location and dimensions of all existing private or public easements. The easements should be labeled with the deed book and page number and the name of the owner of record. 2. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Provide a note with the zoning classification of each parcel. 3. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural- forestal district. Please add a note stating that these parcels are within the South Fork Rivanna water supply watershed and are not within an agricultural - forestal district. 4. [14- 302(8)(10)] Stream buffers. Show the location of stream buffers required by section 17 -317 of the water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance." 5. [Comment] This plat cannot be approved until VDOT completes their review and grants approval. 6. [Comment] The public right -of -way vacation may have to go to the Board of Supervisors for approval. Once I get a determination from the subdivision agent, I will pass it along.
