Anyway, just trying to resolve this issue with the County and obtain VDOT approval of the submitted road plans for Haden Place project as soon as possible. While recognizing that this is one of many issues on your plate this week, we would appreciate it if you could confirm for County Engineering Department and our records VDOT's approval of the submitted road plans for the Haden Place project as soon as possible. Seale( VDOT.Virginia.gov) Subject: FW: SU13201200125- Haden Place- Road Plans Importance: High Joel — My apologies for bugging you repeatedly, but it seems that we are in a continual "spin cycle" with the County approval process for the Haden Place project. Now the County requires approval of a road plan from VDOT prior to acceptance of bonding for our subdivision on -site improvements? As you know, VDOT approved the Haden Place SDP in 2007 and we have posted VDOT Bond /LUP in October 2012 for the work in the VDOT right -of -way (see attached). Anyway, the road plan that County Engineering requires VDOT approval is identical to the SDP approved in 2007, so we would appreciate your prompt approval and acknowledgement of same so that we can proceed with other aspects of this arduous process. In regards to several minor field changes that have previously been approved by VDOT regarding ROW of Haden Lane and Killdeer Lane (such as double -line striping of Haden Lane and bollard removal at Killdeer Lane), they do not appear on these road plans but trust that they will be implemented in the field per our agreement and as -built survey will be provided .
