Please provide a Deed of Easement for all public drainage easements. Rev1: Comment not addressed. Rev2: Comment not addressed. Two templates are being forwarded for your use, built and not built; please use whichever is applicable and include with your next submittal for review by the County Attorney. Rev3: Comment not fully addressed. The County Attorney's Office has reviewed the submitted deed and provided edits and suggested alternative language. Please make these revisions and resubmit the deed for review and approval. 2. [14- 302(A)(10)] Right of further division of proposed lots. Please clarify the right of further division for TMP 32 -17A1 by adding the following note to the plat: "The residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] is retaining [number] development rights and when further divided it shall not consist of more than [number] acres." Rev1: Comment addressed. 3. [14- 302(8)(1)] General information. For subsequent submittals, please add the date of the latest revision each time a plat is submitted to the County. Rev1: Comment addressed. 4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed. Please correct the notation concerning the reservoir watershed to indicate that these parcels are not within a water supply watershed. Rev1: Comment addressed. 5. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Please indicate that TMP 32 -17A1 is zoned RA, not `church'. You can reference the approved Special Use Permit that allowed for the church use, but the Zoning classification must be listed as RA. Rev2: Comment addressed.
