Joel, I'm checking in on the status of the SUB2013 -32 Grayrock West Subdivision —final subdivision plat. Have you had a chance to look at this yet? Notably, during the preliminary plat and road plan review VDOT was good with everything EXCEPT you all requested a sight distance easement at the intersection of Kendall Court and Lanetown Way, looking right from Kendall Court. The applicant responded to this comment by providing the easement on the preliminary but not gaining VDOT approval for this, instead to expedite the approval they wanted to have this as a condition of preliminary plat approval, and so it was, see the below excerpt from the 2 -15 -13 preliminary play conditions of approval. So once VDOT signs off on the sight distance easement and approves the final sub plat please let me know. VDOT approval to include: ❑ Du ring the pralitninaty plat review VDOT provided the following commentt "fit qppo � daslance easement is needed at the intersection ofKe ndall Coon and Lanetown Way, loc right from Kendall dall ourt. " Thus VDOT review and approval of the "proposed" site disc mscmcat as depicfed on tie pyeliminary plat is required prior to final subdivision plat ap U VDOT appywal must be obtained prior to final plat approval.
