In response to your request on behalf of Virginia Financial Investors, Inc., for a letter of zoning
compliance of the above referenced parcel, please be advised as follows:
The Property is currently zoned Commercial (C -1).
2. The Property is not subject to proffers.
3. No non - conformities exist on this property. A permit for demolition of the building was
issued on 12/15/2011 (B201102299D).
4. There are no pending zoning violations on this property.
5. A site plan (SDP000000396) was approved for a 6228 sq. ft. building and associated
parking for the Western Sizzler Steak House on 11/18/75. A landscaping plan was
approved on 3/23/76. An amendment to the site plan for an 1152 sq. ft. addition and
redesign of the parking area was approved on 11/18/86.
