Subject: SLJB201300032 Grayrock West Final Subdivision Plat
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department Community
Development will recommend approval of the plat referred above when the following items have
been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.)
[Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [New Comment] On sheet 1, the "Statement of Title" appears to reference the wrong Tax Map
Parcel (TMP 65 -63); this should be revised with the correct TMP 55 -63.
2. [New Comment] Note #6 references a 10' size yard setback. While the reduction was applied
for and granted per fire flows which were approved by the Fire Department, the note should be
revised to state: "10' side setback per Section 4.11.3"
3. [14 -435] Surety in lieu of completion of on -site improvements. This plat cannot be signed by the
County until all necessary bonds have been posted: after speaking with Anna Kilmer it appears
there are bonds for W &S, Roads, and WPO. Please coordinate these efforts with her.
