The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the boundary line adjustment
plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the
applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision /Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
[14- 302(A)(9)] Building sites on proposed lots. The plat shall contain the following note: "Parcel [letter or
number] and the residue of Tax Map /Parcel [numbers] each contain a building site that complies with
section 4.2.1 of the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance."
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. The building site note should reference the "new" parcel as
well as the residue. This is a boundary line adjustment plat, not a subdivision plat, so two of the
existing tax map and parcel numbers should be used; for example, "Tax Map /Parcel 62 -5 and the
residue of Tax Map /Parcel 61 -160 each contain a building site that complies with section 4.2.1 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance." The parcel should be labeled accordingly (TMP 62 -5, instead
of `new parcel') and the area calculations should reflect 62 -5 gaining acreage from 62 -3 as well as
61 -160.
2. [14- 302(A)(11)] Instrument creating property proposed for subdivision. Provide the deed book and page
number of the instrument whereby each property was created, as recorded in the office of the clerk of the
circuit court of the county.

3. [14- 302(8)(5)] Zoning classification. Please revise the zoning note to indicate that these parcels are zoned
Neighborhood Model District (NMD). Include a reference to ZMA 200400007 and the associated proffers.

4. [14- 302(8)(7)] Reservoir watershed; agricultural- forestal district. Add a note that states that these parcels
are not within a water supply protection area or an agricultural - forestal district.
Rev1: Comment not fully addressed. Please revise your note to indicate that these parcels are not
within a water supply protection area.
5. [14- 303(H)] Monuments. Please clarify note #4 to indicate whether or not iron pins have been set at all
corners not already marked, or if they will be set once the plat is recorded.
